At SweetSun Wellness, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved just for you.

To ensure the best experience for all clients and to respect our time together, please review the following policies.

​We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Booking & Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment and it’s non refundable. This deposit will be applied toward your service total and ensures your time

is reserved exclusively for you.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time to fully enjoy your experience. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to avoid delays for the next client, while the full service fee remains applicable.

No-Show Policy

Clients who repeatedly do not show up for their scheduled appointment may require full payment in advance for

future bookings.
